Lyme & The Law Seminar in Salisbury – 10/26

LYME AND THE LAW – THIS COMING MONDAY IN SALISBURY.  This month’s meeting in Salisbury is an important one to Lyme patients, as we will be exploring the legal side of Lyme disease with speaker Susan R. Green – an attorney from Towson, Maryland who specializes in the legal aspects and legislative actions surrounding Lyme disease.  Topics of discussion will include:

1.  The legislative climate surrounding Lyme and tick-borne diseases in Maryland;

2.  The climate for doctors treating Lyme in Maryland;

3.  Responsibilities of patients to their doctors to help protect them;

4.  What constitutes a good case for medical malpractice or other type of suit by a patient for inadequate health care.

Please share this information and plan to attend this interesting discussion.  The meeting is free and open to the public.

If we can get even one of the major candidates to campaign around Lyme disease it would mean worldwide press for Lyme.
